Refund Policy
At The Well Body Clinic, your satisfaction is important to us. If for any reason you are not happy with the treatment or adjustments you receive, please speak with your specialist on the same day so we can address your concerns promptly.
Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis. To request a refund, please contact our Head Office directly on wbc1@wellbodyclinic.com
If a refund is approved, any treatments already provided will be charged at the standard (non-discounted) rate and the remaining balance will be refunded to you. Please allow up to 7 days for any refund to be processed.
Cancellation/ Rearrangement/ No Show Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations or changes made with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur the full appointment fee.
In cases of exceptional circumstances, fees may be waived at the discretion of your specialist.
