What our clients have to say

I’ve seen Tracy now on a number of occasions for a range of problems including back pain and shoulder post surgery. She’s excellent and I’d recommend her without hesitation. She’s highly knowledgeable (and up to date on practices) and her level of experience is clearly seen in all interactions. I do a lot of sports - and have seen many healthcare professionals over the years due to various injuries - and would rate Tracy as one of the best.

Get a comprehensive Assesment

During your 40-minute initial consultation, your osteopath will take the time to understand your symptoms, goals and relevant medical history. They will carry out a thorough assessment of your movement, posture, and overall function to identify what may be contributing to your pain. Where appropriate, hands-on treatment may also be provided during the session. By the end of your appointment, you will have a clear understanding of your condition, what is likely causing your symptoms, and the key factors affecting your recovery.

Recieve a personaliesd Recovery Strategy report

Within 48 hours of your initial consultation, you will receive a detailed written Recovery Roadmap Strategy Report by email. This personalised report includes your working diagnosis or clinical impression, a clear explanation of the factors contributing to your symptoms and a recommended treatment plan tailored to your needs. It also contains personalised rehabilitation exercises, practical lifestyle and self-care advice and clear next steps to guide your recovery.

If another healthcare pathway is more appropriate, the report will include referral recommendations and signposting. Together, this provides your complete Recovery Roadmap in writing, so you know exactly what is happening, why, and what to do next.

Begin your tailored Recovery Plan

Following on from your initial consultation and Recovery Strategy Report you will begin your pathway to recovery. Depending on the severity of your problem area you may only require 1 - 3 sessions. Alternatively, more complex and persistent issues may benefit from a longer-term staged programme with regular review points to monitor progress and adapt your treatment as needed.

At each appointment, we assess whether you are moving better, feeling more confident and how you are managing daily activities. This enables our Osteopath to make adjustments and ensure your recovery is on track.

Strength, Resilience and Prevention

As your symptoms improve, the focus shifts to restoring confidence in your movement with the goal to improve your strength and mobility. Our Osteopath will help you build greater resilience, leading to long term function. We will also address any underlying causes and refer you if required.

Once you begin feeling better we help you maintain your results with self management strategies, exercise progression and lifestyle advice. A longterm plan will be put in place to help you stay active and pain-free!

Your Recovery Roadmap

Helping you move more comfortably, one step at a time.

Whether you're struggling with painful nails, hard skin, corns, cracked heels or simply finding it difficult to care for your feet, our structured Foot Comfort Roadmap gives you a clear plan to improve comfort, maintain healthy feet and stay active. Unlike a simple treatment appointment, every visit follows a structured pathway designed to ensure you always know what happens next. If your feet aren't responding as expected, we'll review your treatment, adapt the plan or recommend another healthcare professional if that's the better option.

1 (5).png

Understand whats causing your symptoms

Every appointment begins by understanding your concerns, your medical history and what you want to achieve.

We'll discuss:

  • What's causing discomfort

  • Your foot health history

  • Previous treatments

  • Any medical conditions that may affect your feet

1 (6).png

Get a comprehensive Assesment

We carefully examine your feet to understand exactly what's contributing to your symptoms and determine the most appropriate treatment. We'll assess your nails, the condition of your skin and whether there are any corns or hard skin present. Furthermore, we will review your pressure areas, overall foot comfort and take a deeper look in to circulation and sensitivity. â€‹

1 (7).png

Tailored treatment for your needs

Once we've completed your assessment, we'll provide the treatment that's appropriate for you.

This may include:

  • Nail cutting and nail care

  • Hard skin reduction

  • Corn treatment

  • Care for troublesome nail edges

  • Verruca advice

  • General foot maintenance

Every treatment is explained before we begin and carried out with your comfort in mind.

1 (8).png

Understanding your foot health

Treatment is only part of improving foot comfort. We'll explain the factors that may be contributing to your symptoms and give practical advice to help reduce future problems. You may receive guidance on footwear, pressure relief, skin and nail care. We will also advise you on when further support may be required.

1 (9).png

Maintaining your foot health

Many foot problems are easier to manage with regular maintenance rather than waiting until they become painful.

We'll help you decide whether you need:

  • One-off treatment

  • Routine maintenance appointments

  • Regular monitoring

  • Referral for more specialised care where appropriate

Our Goal

Comfortable feet. Greater confidence. Better everyday movement.

Our aim isn't simply to cut nails or remove hard skin.

We want you to leave with healthier, more comfortable feet, a better understanding of what's affecting them, and a clear plan to keep them feeling their best.

Whether that's a one-off appointment or regular maintenance, you'll always know where you are on your Foot Comfort Roadmap and what comes next.
